Need help deciding on Kitchen appliances

We are redoing our kitchen and need to decide on new appliances. We have a small kitchen so the same look appliances will be nice but are finding hard to find a brand with nice refrigerator, dish washer and gas range. If we have to we will mix them up. Our requirements:
- Refrigerator - Counter Depth, French Door, External Water/Ice
- Slide in Gas range
- Looking at mid-level appliances and not luxury brands

So far we have looked at Kitchen aid, GE Cafe and Frigidaire Professional.but still undecided.

Any help is appreciated!!!

I personally prefer to coordinate appliances across brands rather than match because, not only do I get my first choice in each category, but if I need to replace one at some point an that model is discontinued, it won't look odd.

Based on this, here are my favorites in your categories. I've seen the Samsung 4-door fridge (with French doors both top and bottom) in the store and it really looks sharp, much Moore than a typical fridge. It also looks easier to access and clean the freezer than with a typical French door fridge,. However, I don't own one, so I can't speak to reliability. The black stainless is really cool but the regular stainless is probably easier to coordinate. It has water and ice in the door. I personally prefer the less expensive model that is NOT part of the chef collection.

I do own a Bosch dishwasher, previous genration. It has four features we love: water softener (hard water buildup broke our previous dishwasher), very quiet (40 db) and does not vent moist air into (READ: damage) our cabinets, unlike most major brands. Last it has a third rack which we thought. Would be gimmicky but is really useful for small items and long cooking utensils. I recommend a Bosch dishwasher with those four features. Since it doesn't have a protruding handle, it should be easy to coordinate with appliances of other brands. We've replaced one broken wheel on the lower rollout basket under warranty. Otherwise, no problems. We've had the dishwasher for 3-4 years.

There are two GE Cafe slide in ranges on AJ Madison with two ovens each and two powerful burners (20k and 17k) in addition to the center oval burner and two others. That combination should be powerful and flexible enough for a variety of cooking. In contrast, the burners on the GE Profile ranges (per AJ Madison) are not quite as powerful. I've only had cooking appliances with one powerful burner and always wished for a second. So, those two look nice (difference being the sizes of the primary and secondary ovens). We have had a lot of GE appliances over the years with very few problems. Parts are usually easy to get if needed. I have not checked out the Frigidare or Kitchenaid ranges. Kitchenid parts also seem to be easy to obtain. No experience with Electrolux.

I have a slide in Electrolux gas range that I love. It's beautiful and works well.

Thanks for the responses. I have been looking online and think we do like the Kitchen Aid slide in gas range (KSGB900ESS) and probably can get a KA dish washer to match with or a Bosch (still deciding)....

What is really confusing is the Refrigerator...since we are getting a counter depth with external ice/water dispenser, most brands have a big ice box inside that takes up lot of space. Only GE Cafe and LG have the slim in-door ice that frees up the shelves inside.

GE Cafe CYE22TSHSS has lot of bells and whistled for $2500 but very mixed reviews so little concerned with pulling the trigger on it.

Any thoughts on GE cafe vs LG refrigerators..
