AV blooms have a natural lifespan ... and may last anywhere from a few days ... to a few weeks. Removing wilted or dried AV blooms makes room for new bloom. It's a cycle that repeats periodically throughout the year.

Sounds like your watering technique is fine ... and that the plants have enough natural (or fluorescent) light to rebloom. The only other suggestion I would have is a mild fertilizer (at maybe a quarter strength) mixed in with your watering from time to time. This will help support plant health and reblooming.

I agree with aegis. Sounds like good care to me. Like anything else, flowers eventually fade and die. Just trim them off and wait for the next round! Good Luck and show us some pix! Rosie
