so if I simply buy it from here without any changes then it would come with 77" long chain and wire?

Also, can this be mounted on a vaulted/sloped ceiling? My vaulted ceiling is at about 30 degrees slope.

Yes they make the chain sort for the display picture so you can see the chandelier and Cap in one picture. It can hang on a slope. Here is a picture of what it would look like on a slope. The chain is a different color chain and chandelier, but you can see how it hangs.

I'm sorry this chandelier only comes in the antiqued cream color. You can replace the chain with a chain you can find at your local home improvement store.
