Need expert for I.D.

I put this up here a couple of years ago but can't find it anymore.

Nothing conclusive came of it as I remember. Found it in the bush while picking Saskatoon berries in 2014. Took picture, [showing]. Last year I went back and cut some scions and grafted it to pear and apple, both took. I love the health of the leaves. A expert here said it's apple, I'm leaning more to pear but has a hint of apple, perhaps a hybrid. Time will tell I guess and perhaps I found a nice interstem? Not sure if it will fruit, no fruiting spurs so far and could be sterile which might be a benefit when used in interstem. What is to look for in a good interstem beside long term compatibility? And,..how many years is long term. How would you rank the Winter Banana as interstem? Wouldn't be as hardy as this one, think this one would be at least a zone 2.
