Thanks so much for the sizing info... I love the design. Wishing there was space for a dining are too, but the built in lounge area is wonderful

You are welcome. You could have a small dining are too, this client didn't want one..... just cooking and entertaining. The storage unit that houses all the cushions when not being used has a concrete top on it and is used as a buffet/table space.

this woods are also available in the philippines? i want a house like this, but some suggest that its hard to build, and easily to break when it rains.
