1. Not sure if I need a recessed light over the fridge/cabinet? If only for the sake of having every cabinet lit up the same?

2. Do I need a light over the hood? Or not because it has it's own light? This is the style: http://imgur.com/eg4DgjE

3. Over the sink, would recessed lights work ok? Should I put three so there's one centered over the sink, or is two lights on either edge ok? Or is a pendant light better? I'm just worried it'll get in the way or interfere with the look of the window.

4. Do I have enough recessed lights, should they be centered with the wall cabinets to light them up evenly? How many watts/lumens should I get per bulb with this amount of lights?

5. Is 3000K 90CRI a good choice of bulb?
