My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
No it's aquarium gravel. I use it as a top dressing on a lot of my plants to keep the perlite from floating when watering. I tend to stage my plants as if I'm planning on showing them.
A lot of activity today. It smells like beer. I probably should not have put my nose next to it though because now I have a sinus migraine.
