How can I get this?

I'm completely in love with this! How can I get this fabric? What kind is it? Is it on a piece of furniture, is it wallpaper?

This looks very similar to the Alexander Henry day of the dead series. This is quilting fabric. I hope this helps a little. I'm not an expert but I bought some awhile ago for a project.
