All righty! Here's the end of the 2015 rose alphabet! Obviously not going to be a lot in this group. But a few anyway... It's been fun. Pretty soon we'll be posting our new pics from the coming season. Yay! I am sooo ready!!

Beth, that You 'n' Me mini is precious!

Sad that the alphabet is ending, but that does mean it's getting closer to spring time here. I'm really tired of the winter blues and so ready for spring renewal!!!

My only rose in this category is Zephirine Drouhin which I find really hard to get a good picture of...

I agree with Pat, about the YOU 'N' ME mini, but your Zephirine Drouhin is not so "shabby" either.

It's beautiful, Pat, and your second photo is gorgeous! The first one is nice too - but the second one really jumped out at me. I can see how that colour would be difficult to capture though.

Beth, I like that stripey one Zebra! What's the habit like?

You have quite a few beauties for this category, Beth! I'll have to check out some of those Ys and Zs!

I had X-Rated but it died last winter and there really doesn't seem to be any other Xs available out there.

I agree Pat, ZD can be difficult to photograph, yours is gorgeous. I love Beth's Yankee Doodle, redwolfdoc's X-Rated and Seil's Yantai.

No XYorZ's from me but lovely pics everyone!

Sara, I think your Zéphirine Drouhin is a great rose to end the 2015 alphabet! (or are there more out there?) It has been wonderful seeing everyone's roses!

Here's looking toward a great rose season in 2016 with optimal weather conditions for everyone - not too wet, not too dry, no disease (or as little as possible) and tons and tons of beautiful blooms!!! (one can always hope)

Sara-Ann - I love the flowers of your Zeffy, but I particulary love the buds!!

Seil - I've never heard of those roses. I love the color of Yanti. Do you find it's bothered by thrips?

Redwolf - wow!! I adore your X-rated!!!! Such perfection of shape and color!!

Pat - your Zeffy looks marvelous!! I love the quantity of blooms!!

Beth - I love the bright yellow of Young Quinn, and the colors of Zebra!!

I had a tough time (bare root last summer) getting a nice picture of Yves Piaget. But here it is. I love this rose so far.

No, Carol, I don't recall having any thrips on Yantai. Lovely ruffled petals on that Yves!

Thanks, Seil. :)

That's nice - no thrips. The only rose I get thrips on is Chandos Beauty. It smells heavnely, but doesn't often look nice.
