What is the square footage of the house? Are there different buildings?

I love this layout and design. We may be moving to West Texas. I'm interested in the actual layout of the buildings. Are there bedroom quarters separate from the main living area?

    Off hand I think it is around 3,500 sqft and the only separate building is the garage which can be seen in this image to the right. Bedroom and guest rooms are separated by the central court area, but are physically connected. You can take the long way through the house, or exit to the outside and shortcut across the central court. - Thanks, MacCracken Architects
