transplanting Morelianum seedling

I am getting ready to transplant 1-year old H. morelianum seedlings as they are out growing their orchid net baskets. I have added pearlite, pumice and sand to a commercial potting mix (the pumice is a new addition). I fill the bottom of the pots with granite pieces to keep it steady but I am wondering, since they grow on rock ledges, if adding small granite pieces to the mix would be good. Granite is porous so.....what do you think.

Also transplanting yungacense and psittacinum into same mix - add granite? -J
