Hi there - I am visiting my mom in Vero Beach, FL and we are looking for recommendations for a climber that is a reliable bloomer for zone 9b. Not bougainvillea. The area is east facing so it only gets sunlight first half of day (through noon-1:00ish). Is Jasmine any good? She has a Jasmine vine on a north-facing wall right now that doesn't bloom a lot but is still alive and well in bright shade. Any suggestions and experience would be much appreciated.
