My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      That piece is from Ikea. It is the Varde line

      I looked it up and they don't carry it anymore. You can probably find it used somewhere

      Dorothy-- don't know if you are still looking for this piece. I live in Southern California--Orange County-- and have one I would like to sale. I have really liked it -- have used it as a cutting surface for fabrics and great storage.

      I actually have 2 of these still in the boxes. I had bought them right before they got discontinued for a remodel in my home. After a few months I had changed my mind on the layout so they have been in storage.

      esmith59, I am interested. If it's still in the boxes it would be easier to ship (not sure how expensive?) I live in the DC area.

      Do any of you still have the varde base cabinet pictured above. i will send you an airbill and you can ship it to me. I am looking for any varde kitchen counter-type pieces. Preferably in their box still. Thanks, Joann

      Hi Joann. I still have 2 of the Varde islands in my storage and still in the boxes. Never opened.
