My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Island size and clearances

Love your cozy kitchen. I am trying to get an island in my kitchen, but I'm just shy of the standard clearances. Can you tell me the width of your island and the clearance you have on both sides, and let me know if you are happy with the spacing. Thanks

    This island is about 3 feet in width and we do have plenty of clearance on the sides and end. Crowding an island just doesn't work. We usually allow at least 3'-6" clear
