My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What the heck is this growing at the base of one of my trees, any ideas?

    It is a sunburnt mushroom! I got some of these from the Dr Earth probiotic I mixed into Dino King's media. Mine weren't from Alice in Wonderland though. I would yank it immediately so it doesn't leave any scars on your seedling.
