Marie mine are all still inside, we have some nights still dipping down to freezing. I hope to start bringing some out in 2 weeks if the temperatures stabilize. I have so many needing repots right now but no space to upgrade them! I can't wait to see yours waking up.

I live in McKinney, Tx. and am new to growing adeniums, I have only 7 as space with sun is a problem. My plants did not go dormant at all this year, a bit of leaf fall but they have budded up twice and are now in bloom again and the growth has been amazing. They are in a south window and kept at 76 degrees, does it harm them to be growing so much through the winter? I am going to have a lot of repotting and pruning soon! I so enjoy this forum and thank you for all the help you give to new growers of this enchanting plant.

Nooooooo! We had blizzards all day yesterday, temps barely above freezing during the day, lucky if we get to double figures so a long way to go before even I step outside yet never mind my treasured DR's! Seriously though, the UK climate as you know doesn't favour my plants at all, they are permanently indoors apart from a special treat on the odd day outside during our very warmest days. Guess on the flip side I get to grow other plants that you warmer climate folks can't, so I can't complain...or can I? Seems like we often crave for the opposite in many ways.

Yes Marie, mine are out since jan 16 but only now beginning to leaf out. No sign of any buds yet on any of them

Sinha, wow, I can see you in zone 10 so your weather permit you for bringing them outside earlier than the rest of us.

I'm in Dallas,TX area and my adeniums are still inside. We're getting a lot of rain and will wait for the rain to dissipate then bring them out. My COT are out side and will begin to bring plumeria outside this weekend.

This morning I wake up very early to bring some adenium outside until time to go to work. Tomorrow I will bring all out and slowly add soil, raise caudex and osmocote when I have time.

Thanks God the winter finally over and it took about 19 of my adenium with it. (1/2 of what I lost last year)
