My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Yes this is another project of mine...the drapes are to die for...dark taupe/gray with a metallic damask design....you could do a rust or purple metallic design drape in your dining room they would look fab! I have a wonderful source I use all the time...Halfpricedrapes.com....very budget friendly...this is not the mantle I was speaking about..it is uncle Krackers house black,gray and purple...check out the mantle with the big black mirror....it is chuck full of candles.
