I found the anchors provided to be inadequate especially when your walls are rarely ever true. I used toggle bolts which make installation by one person easy as you have large enough holes to guide it in. Also I suggest using a small washer for the strap that is provided as it will work its way loose after a short time. That said these are great and sturdy.
