Foucault Orb Chandelier

I just received my chandelier today and I'm really disappointed. There are numerous rust spots and some sort of residue on the polished nickel. Who can I talk to regarding this issue? I have an electrician scheduled to install it tomorrow. I would be willing to keep the chandelier if we were compensated for it.
