How Long to Keep Seedlings on Heat Mat?

I use heat mat with tomato seed starting flats. The seeds have mostly just sprouted. My question is that, how long should I keep the seedlings on the heat mat?

The heat mat was set as 75F at beginning, then at 70F. My room night temperature is at 60F to 65F. Would that be too low for tiny seedlings?
