If you want to save them you have to give them good growing conditions so the old scarred leaves are replaced by new leaves. They are supposed to easy to grow and bloom.

Leave the leaves. Even in their damaged state, they will help keep the plant going. I don't know whether it was physical trauma or pest (it looks like something caustic may have accidentally been sprayed over them), but as long as whatever damaged the leaves is gone, it will recover if given healthy conditions. New leaves will slowly grow in and the damaged ones will eventually drop off on their own.

I had a rescue that had 5 gorgeous shiny green leaves, each new one larger and prettier than the last, but that thing hung onto one of its wrinkly, ugly, battle-scarred, leathery old leaves for THREE YEARS after I pulled it, rootless and dehydrated, from the trash. As beat-up as it was, I'm sure that leaf helped the plant survive until it could grow more roots to support itself!

Edit: weak (1/4 strength) weekly fertilizer couldn't hurt.

Thanks for the help. Wasn't sure if i should use fertilizer since I did have to cut some of the bad roots when I repotted 1 of them. Was told that that fertilizer would be like putting salt on an open wound.

I'm suspicious of the pattern on the leaves. Might be virused. I would isolate them from your other orchids and repot. Wait to see how the new leaves develop.

I did re plant them and one of them I had to cut a bunch of the roots back due to over watering. But at the same time it looked like it was overly dry too? But after I replanted and gave it water the leaves did seem like they perked up a little.
