My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Is it possible to convert a standard window into a bay window (18 inch depth) seat like this without making any structural changes to the exterior wall? If so can you give me the email for a window person who can accomplish this.

    Depending on the size of the window opening. If the window is large 4 feet + wide the framing will most likely need some reinforcing to support the metal frame. Don't forget to properly seal/water proof all around. The above bay window seat was custom fabricated in a shop and installed (and glazed) on site by a general contractor.
