Last fall I moved my Cryptanthus to a shelf that was right at my eye level - unfortunately... I took it down today to move it and discovered it had flowered (it had dried up, spent flowers) and I missed it!! Since the top of the plant was above my eye level, I couldn't see that it was flowering. Darn! That was the first time it had ever flowered. I'm bummed.
