Tile or Paint my master bathroom?

Hello, I am trying to decide if I should finish painting(re-paint lighter color?) or finish the bathroom with the current tile? Since I am planning to replace the current sink with a wall mount contempory double sink vanity is it better to with the same tile? If so do I need to replace the trim around the doors? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The room has a good balance between tile and painted surfaces. No need to add more tile. Try priming the walls in white, then decide on a new color. If you need more storage space, a new vanity with more drawers may work for you.

OK thank you. the vanity is around 7 ft long but the style does not go with the tile. I wanted to get a wall mount vanity and change the lighting as well. Do you think I should go with a similar color to the tile?

I think if you paint the walls it would be great! Maybe a soft white?
