I'm looking for a cleaner I can apply to both smooth and aggregate concrete patios that will loosen the dirt so it can be powered away with hose sprayer.

I don't want to harm the soil, nor am I looking for that 'appliance white' look after washing. Just a 'freshen up' to remove some buildup and where pots sat over winter.
