I've got areas in my Japanese garden plan that are prone to flooding in rainy season (like now). My soil is clumpy poor clay and the area is in full sun. I'd like a GC that can take light-moderate foot traffic and grows not more that about 6". I'm in zone 9b. Any ideas?
