Well here we are at the end. Thank you so much to everyone who posted pictures - it's been just great!

I do have a couple:

Ziggy - Keyser 2000. First time blooming for me. I didn't see much of the broken colour pattern on the falls though.

Thank you redwolfdoc and Irisgal and all other contributors, for posting your lovely Iris photos. Never knew there were so many different colours.

A special thanks to redwolfdoc, for noting on the rose forum, your intent to post the alphabet of Irises. as Beth did with roses.

Must make sure, to see the Hamilton's, Ontario iris grd. this year. Hopefully they will be open this year.

'Ziggy' looks good even unbroken! All tall beardeds below.

Well Endowed - Ghio, AM'83

Windwalker - Tompkins, HM'89, something about the color and markings of this plicata caught my fancy. Death by being potted.

Zandria - Nebeker, AM'00, this is an eye-catcher. Deservedly. The vein detailing makes up for the horiz. falls (IMO).

Zany - Dunn'87, cute blooming down in the foliage for some unknown reason. Nice shade of lavender.

Yes, I live in Toronto too. It's part of the Hamilton Botanical gardens.

It's been closed for a while, I think they are re-structuring it.

Will go to their website, to see if it's open this year.

It's called the Laking grd. It must be open this year. No mention about it being closed any more.
