Well, it depends on the size of your pot and your ultimate plans for these plants. If you are going to plant out soon, it is easier to plant together in a potbecause it will be harder to over water (hopefully) and they should be easy to tease apart. If you have quite a way to go before planting outside and the plants will get very lar, plant individually in small pots and increase the size as necessary.
