Where did you purchase those curtains? I can't find any grommet curtains that short.

Actually those are made from one $10 drop cloth from Lowe's and some grommets I got at Hobby Lobby for super cheap. The top and sides are the existing seam and my friend hemmed the bottom of them and added a little trim. The grommets are actually really easy to do. They are plastic but made to look oil rubbed bronze. They come with a template for you to cut a rough hole in the fabric and then pop them right on top. If you didn't want to sew you could just fray out the bottom like Ballard Design curtains. Super easy and cheap!
