Hi there I have 3 phalanopsis orchids and 2 dendrobrium orchids I have noticed the last couple of days the shallow trays the phalanopsis sit in have some unwanted guests. I have cleaned the trays out but they keep coming back. I've not noticed any on the leaves or the dendrobriums.

They look like tiny white rice and they jump. Any help very much appreciated.
