Choice of vegetables

I'm about to start growing vegetables in a 10m2 (100 sq ft) greenhouse on a terrace
as well as about 20m2 (215 sq ft) urban garden with about 30cm (1 ft) of earth
My question is: what vegetables should I grow on such surfaces to avoid being too frustrated with the yield?
This is the climate here in Switzerland
