A single tube T5 fixture will not produce enough light for seedlings.

T5HO is preferred to T5. The Sunblasters are pretty nice.

Rusty - All depends what you are growing?

I use a Hydrofarm 4 bulb Designer unit on my seedlings and medium light orchids and have been very happy with it. It is compact, put together very well, and lightweight. I'm pretty sure they make a 2 bulb unit as well.

Sunblaster 904297 NanoTech T5 High Output Fixture Reflector Combo, 3-Feet

I purchased an envirogro t5 (think its agrobrite? now) a few months ago and think its pretty nice for the price being my first one. It seems well built and has a great reflector. Ive changed the bulbs around a few times it came with 6400k i think, and I swapped them to 4 10,000k and 2 of the pink 5,000k and I seem to be getting some new growth now with my succulents under the light. I also have two t8 lights with 6500k daylight tubes they are much closer to the plants than the t5 but some are growing very well under the light. Hope your new lights work well for you.
