Is a kitchen layout change essential?

Cosmetic changes 4 years ago in a 20 year old builder grade kitchen.

NWall 200" with 44"opening and 31 1/2 to inside corner. Wwall 89" with window (47x47) 31 3/8 from corner, 43 from floor. East wall is bearing. 124" to 40" doorway, followed by 56" corner pantry. Includes pantry 58" after refrigerator. Yes, I have two big pantries. 96" ceilings. To South 10-11 feet of continuous wood floor followed by 22' x 23' family room. North dining room. Not used as such. North wall is nonbearing. The now south wall in dining room is 4 feet shorter. Yes, the kitchen N extends and the casual dining extends further. West casual eating 11' x 8'. Visual sight from front door to west is very important.

30 inch dual fuel stove. Require outside vent CFM 900. Microwave on shelf or hidden at a ht of 54 inches. Sink require 36" base. The maximum distance from north wall to the south open area to maintain sight is 130".

Willing to move refrigerator, Current distance from sink is 12 feet! Gas line could move to the west a bit. Vent pipe is located on inches away from the right side of the window.

Access in unfinished basement. Nearly 48 inches would be available around an island.

Great suggestions. Recent one with rethinking access to kitchen and stairs to outside was beyond my level. Think at of the box on this one.
