Maybe add some simple spa items like a lotion dispenser and some fluffy towels!

The 3 items that you have there are pretty fabulous as is! Do you have any other accessories that you were thinking of placing on the dresser?

The proportion is good, I would add a special dish and another item that look well together, not too tall in height. Beautiful lamp!

Looks like a perfect spot for seasonal decor, like a porcelain rabbit in spring, or a bowl of piney potpourri in winter. I would keep it simple though. Those pieces are all so beautiful, do not detract with too much clutter!

Your hall decor looks great but since you are thinking Easter, you could put a Spring flower arrangement to the right of the lamp. That would be all you would need and you can change your flower arrangements with the seasons.

Add a live, dark green, trailing plant. You could place it on a couple of horizontal art books or on a pretty low wide blue and white pot.

Or you could do an Easter Lilly, then move orchid back afterwards.

A pretty dish to catch keys or one day of mail may help prevent clutter from invading.

How about a pretty bird figurine set on top of a couple of antique books? He would work all through spring and then you can leave the books and change the figurine for the seasons.
