Hi! We just installed Zodiaq Neve - it was brand new and I can't believe I ordered and installed it without ever seeing a slab - or any pictures of a slab! I love it - I'll take and post some pictures for you tonight.

That would be so great to see a picture of the installed counter, thanks so much!

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to upload multiple pictures...

The island looks great! A pic of the counter would be awesome too, thanks so much.

We had 2 slabs - for the most part the coloring a were consistent - one slab had a bit darker veining (which I like) - but overall a pretty white color.

Really nice thanks for sending my worry was the veins too short but looks great! Glad you're happy with it

Good luck with the process - and obviously we're not finished - hardware, backsplash etc not finished...also the finish is more satin than a high polish.

Thanks you were a tremendous help! Good luck with the rest of your project

We are in process of our kitchen renovation and will be having the Neve Quartz countertops installed. Our cabinets are mid/light grey and all appliances are stainless as well as a stainless apron front sink. I'm having difficulty choosing the tone of the subway tile backsplash. Torn between a bright white and an ever so slightly softer white as the Neve sample we have is a touch creamier white. Would love some feedback on attached photos! Took a few as lighting affects everything!

I Ike softer white with grayish grout
Thank you! What kind of backsplash did you choose?
Likely subway tile , any other ideas
Really liked a glass subway tile that was white but when placed near the cabinets became super grey and although I love my cabinet color I didn't want the same color pallet for the backsplash.
Thinking about a 4x8 tile. This is a slightly soft white as well.
    Comparison with 3x6
    That's a nice white
Agree can't carry same color as cabinets into backsplash I too looked at some nice grey glass tile but scared to matchy to cabinets
I have very similar design plan

You have great sense of style!
Think 4x8 tile is too big?
Size of backslash tile depends how big an area you'll cover if it's small go with smaller subway tile 3X6

I am so grateful i found this feed! I am about to pull the trigger on Neve but was wanting to see some real kitchens with it installed and was having no luck. May I ask whether you did 3cm or 2cm with laminate? I am looking for the exact edges that you have hah0675. THANKS!

Hi! I will double check - but I'm pretty sure it's 3 cm (it's thicker than the sample) - but I don't recall ther being any laminate aspect? As far as I know it's the Zodiaq Neve quartz? Does that make sense? I may not understand your question - sorry! I also could not find any pictures or any slabs when we made our decisions....so happy I could help :)

Looks liks 3 cm with T edge detail...

So countertops are in and I love them but still deliberating over tile backsplash? Thoughts? Brighter white or slightly softer white?
Cabinets with the Neve Quartz countertops
  • 10 years ago
I like the less bright softer white subway tile
  • 10 years ago

I am so glad to see these pics! My to-be-built kitchen will have white cabinets with Neve, my backsplash is 3x6 Emser Lucente Pewter subway tile for contrast...so excited to see the finished product

For all the neve countertops what color white on walls?
Any more pictures? These are great. I can't order without seeing how it looks installed.
    Does it resemble careers marble?

I, too, had issues finding helpful pictures when I was making my decision. I looked at so many of the other Quartz options. This is the Zodiaq Neve. It was by far the best choice and I am very happy with it. I had to drive to Jersey to see it but it was worth it. I went with bright white tile and was afraid it would be too white but it worked out.

    Most people think it's marble.

    More of the Neve.

The other one I considered was the Quartzmasters Calcutta Gray. I went to see that one as well but went with the Neve because it was a bit busier.

Hope this helps people! This was a really hard decision. I am a white carrera fan...but it just wasn't worth the risks of staining/etching.

JoJo5700 may i ask what kind and maker you used for the white subway tile? Also, what grout? We are thinking of using the Neve quartz for our kitchen remodel.

Sorry. I do not know details regarding the tile or grout. My cabinet guy supplied them.

I installed zodiac neve in our kitchen a year ago and I love it! It doesn't stain. I have kids that are really hard on it and nothing:) you can see that I had to have a seem at our bar area and the installers did an amazing job- it's really unnoticeable until pointed out. You can see it in the third photo. We went with 2 cm, doubled at edges with a pencil edge. We rounded the corners. We also went with a bright white subway tile from floor and decor and love it! At first I wasn't sure if it was too white but it just makes the counters look mor grey. Highly recommend over marble, even though I still love marble.

Hey there. So I have never joined a group like this but really need some help! We are just remodeling our house in Stillwater, Mn. We are on a few acres sort of in the country but 2 minutes from everything. I will get to the point. We are doing a total remodel and quite close to being done. Farmhouse meets modern, victorian, city, meets eclectic. We have just put in very white cabinets and I need some advise on what the actual color base is on the Zodiaq Calacutta Natura looks like with really white cabinets? Also really feel a need to warm it up with some sea grass wallpaper. We are also adding a lot of brick to the look but it still feels a little cold to me with all the white, cant do anymore grey! Thoughts?

I am about to sign off on Zodiaq neve, this thread has been so helpful, wasn’t able to view a full slab, just a 10x10 sample in a show room (had to make a last minute decision after finding out our first choice was over budget, now we actually prefer the neve, and your photos and stories helped me see it coordinates w previous selections, don’t have to start all over) Has anyone used BM decorator’s white on cabinets, what white did you use in cabinetry? We are painting the island BM Hale navy and looking for a coordinating white. Backsplash is a 3x6 subway in ice white. Also how is the neve holding up in terms of durability, I have two boys.
    Thanks!

You may also want to look at LG Viaterra Rococo or Minuet those are a very popular choices as an alternative to Carrera marble as well.

For those of you that have installed Zodiac Neve, do you find that it has a look of "grittiness" on its surface? It's definitely not a clear, polished look. I wish I could capture this in a picture but unfortunately, it's something you have to see in person.

Really wondering if the neve looks good with bright white cabinets, so nervous since it's a milky look!
