Hi! I would like ask a question. I grow elephant garlic and make it garlic paste after. Does anyone know how to preserve it for about a year? I made samples with garlic paste, sugar, olive oil and they only last for 2-3 months. Now I am experimenting with vinegar and salt. I want to keep it natural without adding chemical preservatives. Does anyone know something about that or maybe done it already?
