Information :
Plant type is a slow-growing shrub.
Rooted cuttings are growing. Extremely slowly. Tallest 28".
Stems very thin.
Leaves small (characteristic), and few.
The only leaves that grow on stem are the nacent branches,
which we are told to remove as they appear.

The issue :
Result is naked stem, and a few small leaves at top.
It occurs to me that plants need more foliage than that.
(One dwindled, and died at 25".)

Dilemma. Please advise.
