New to growing apple trees? Grafting Question?

Hi everyone!
So, last year I planted about 15-20 apple seeds (a mix of Galas and Red Delicious - though I don't remember how many of each), and around a dozen came up. Right now they are between 8-12 inches tall. I planted them all together in pots, so they are inter-mixed. My question is, now that they are growing, what do I do with them? I really didn't expect them to survive since they were store apples, but they did! I've heard that I need to graft them to get them to produce anything that will taste good, but does that apply if two different species were all germinated and planted together? I don't have any other apple trees or pear trees to graft with, only a peach that just bloomed this year. Should I just plant them in the yard and hope they produce something worth eating?

Also, if I did have to graft, would it be possible to graft the saplings together somehow?

Thanks!
