I got a black mission fig last year that has recently sprung up some leaves.. it was growing fast for a few weeks but now has kinda just stopped growing. Its basically doing nothing as far as I can tell. I keep it indoors under T5 lights... I live in CT. I unpotted it to see if its rootbound, which seems hard to believe as it is not a large plant and it is in a 6" pot. Heres what it looks like.. the roots look dark but healthy I think? They are very dense if you look at the close up. What do you think? Is this just not the season for black mission? Is the pot too tight?
