Hi! I am propagating FLF leaves (no stem or trunk is in the clipping, only the leaf). I am able to get them to grow wonderful roots in water in rooting hormone. However, once I plant them in soil they seem to just stay looking like a leaf in soil. I keep the soil moist and allow them lots of light. When can I expect them to begin to grow a stem or trunk or look like anything other than a solitary leaf stuck int he dirt? Am I doing something wrong? Or perhaps I'm just being impatient.
