Hybridizing with kovachii is starting to get complicated. Phragmipedium QF Hazel is a second generation kovachii hybrid. It is Pink Fire (Eric Young x Rosy Charm) crossed with Allison Strohm (kovachii x Living Fire). All of which has resulted in this lovely large pink bloom.

The dorsal is a bit beaten up from being sent off to a show last month. The next flower won't have the curved dorsal.
