My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Pleurothallis colossus

First bloom on a baby plant. This is the largest of the Pleuros, leaves can get up to 4' tall with 12 or so 1 1/2' long inflos per dinner plate sized leaf. I did hand stands to get this plant which is not commercially available. Andy has one but it has not bloomed yet. I hear there is a guy in the New England states that has one but it has not been confirmed. If anyone knows of one please let me know.

You are working, I'm retired. Let me know what you want to get rid off, maybe we can make a deal where I take them off your hands and sell them, keeping a piece of course.
