From a bed, just like when you are in the hospital, a wall mounted TV needs to be high enough to see it while comfortably laying down. The one I used to have in my bedroom was mounted above a tall chest of drawers so that my husband and I could watch it laying down.

With the bed oriented that way, how do you watch it from the bed? That is a nightstand on the blue wall, right?

Thanks. Adding taller furniture isn't an option right now.......I will try decorating with larger pieces. I just pulled this stuff from around the house. Yes, bed and nightstands are on blue wall. The bed is taller than average.

What a lovely bedroom you have created -

Try lining up a row of square or rectangular vases with tall grasses reaching up to the bottom of the TV to fill up that empty space and to help soften all the hard edges going on on this wall. Or a vase with an arching orchid? Faux or real if you have enough light over there.
