Beep noise

I just purchased this hood and i have to say it looks fantastic and works great. My only question is: How do i disconnect the beep noise that occurs when you push the buttons? It is very load and all my animals run away when it goes off. I do realize that this is a ridiculous question however i would like to know if its possible. Thank you.

I have these me problem. It's SUPER loud. Can you tell me where exactly the beep comes from so I can try to muffle it? Thanks!

I'm thinking I have to get it un-installed and buy a different one. The beep is unbearable. It freaks out not only the dog, but anyone in the entire house because they think it is a fire alarm. Please, please tell me how to turn it off. Horrible design flaw.

THE BEEP IS RIDICULOUS! Freaks out all 5 of my normally fearless dogs! And for my ears its likelike scratching a chalkboard! ifif beep cannot be disconnected its going to the dump! and neg feedback will be left all over social media!
