Lee Valley does a very good one

Does your lift work with a spring(s)? They can be adjusted for the weight of the appliance they are lifting. I, unfortunately, don't know the details, but it might be evident by looking at it. I would assume the adjustment requires lengthening the spring, I hope this helps. If you want to replace it, I would look at Rev-A-Shelf or Hafele, they both make high quality kitchen accessories.
