Need suggestions for irrigating flowerbeds

I have a new flowerbed in front of the house that was put in last fall that continues to wrap around our porch. Additionally, there's a stone walkway that goes through the flowerbed. We plan to plant some low growing groundcover between the stones of the walkway. I've attached a photo below showing the front of the house. For what it's worth the area between the porch and the edge of the walkway measures 11 x 13 feet.

I've never installed an irrigation system but am trying to figure out what the best way is to irrigate the this area. I've thought of using soaker hoses but those won't help with the plants between the walkway stones. Sprinklers are a possibility but they'd likely need to be in the lawn area and would probably just soak anything and anybody on the porch. For the portion of the flowerbed that wraps around the gazebo and porch (where the flowerbed is only about 4.5' wide) I'm thinking of using soaker hoses.

So, for all those out there far more experienced in this than me, what would you recommend for watering this area? I'm a newbie so some extra detail/specifics would be appreciated! :)
