worm tea - foliar feeding?

I made some worm tea for the first time - used castings, molasses and an aquarium pump. How much and how often should i put it on my plants and is it ok to spray it on the leaves of plants like lettuce and greens (plants that you actually eat the leaves)? i have ordinary veggie plants (greens, lettuce, cabbage, kohlrabi, onions, herbs, etc) with loamy soil that has been amended for years. Thanks in advance for any advice.

10-1 for foliar and 5-1 for roots. Is the recipe I use.

If the soil is that good I don't know why you feel you need to do a foliar feeding? Esp. when a drench is good and so much easier to do. I wouldn't be doing a spray on any leafy foods I intended to eat or feed my family but you certainly can if you feel the need for some reason.

I have to agree with gumby dont think I would spray the leaves of food I would eat, at least not within a month of harvest
