Needs some experienced opinions about these herbs . . .

I am adding to my herb "garden" and the following herbs have been noted as invasive or have other problems. But I want some opinions from people that live my area. I have not had any problems with oregano. It grew and widened, but did not seed itself all over my yard. Mint did take over a flower bed, but I eventually pulled it all out and it didn't come back, so I don't really call that invasive. To me, invasive are the self seeders that you can't keep up with, not the plants you just have to prune or pull up as they spread out. Anyway, I would like to plant bronze fennel and dill. I don't intend to actually eat either one, so I don't care if they cross pollinate (although different people contradict the cross pollination theory). I want them for their foliage/texture/look. What I don't want are baby plants springing up all over my yard, my neighbor's yards, etc.

Anyone have experience with these two?
