Hello, I tried to diagnose my hibiscus issues with online research and was sure I had aphids. Went with horticultural oil to treat and applied as directed with no results. I stopped after three applications since I saw no improvement. Can it take more than that? They are quite bad as I mainly ignored the plant for the winter Can anyone recommend what I should do next? It is looking terrible! Thank you!
