Caps to cover 1” square pipe

I installed 2 square pipes in the ground outside. Both were
painted first with outdoor oil paint. I’m looking for some kind of cap to put on,
to keep rain out. The hardware store
where I bought them didn’t have anything. I'd prefer something unobtrusive, that doesn't stick out much sideways, as there isn't much if any clearance on the sides.

Anyone know where to find such things, or what search term
to use other than “Caps to cover 1” square pipe”? Thanks.
